No-Fee Boat Launching
The Port of Bandon provides a two-lane boat launch at no charge, offering convenient access to the Coquille River for fishing, crabbing, and recreational boating.
Boat Launch & Tides
The boat launch is affected by tides and river conditions. Before launching, please review the tide information posted on the launch ramp top piling and plan accordingly.
The boat launch and adjacent parking lot are provided with support from grants through the Oregon State Marine Board.
Boat Trailer Parking
Parking in the boat launch lot is reserved for vehicle-and-boat-trailer combinations only.
Additional parking is available across the street, including designated space for RVs and vehicles without boat trailers.
Please do not leave unattached boat trailers in the boat launch parking lot.
Launch Ramp Courtesy & Staging Areas
To help keep the launch moving safely and efficiently, please be courteous to fellow boaters and observe all posted parking and staging areas.
The NO PARKING areas marked with diagonal yellow stripes and red curbs on the north side of the launch are for staging only. Keeping these areas clear allows both lanes of the boat ramp to remain accessible and helps reduce wait times for everyone.
